Welcome to the Broadview School Council website.

School Council meets on the second Tuesday of each month in the school library. All parents and guardians of Broadview students are welcome and encouraged to attend each council meeting.

This website is here to help you be involved, learn more, ask questions, and make suggestions.

We hope you will become involved in any way you can and we welcome your feedback on how we can help you do so.

No January Council meeting

Given that our kids will have just been back for two days by the second week of January, Council will hold a combined Jan/Feb meeting on the first Tuesday of February (Feb 7)..

Broadview Movie Event

Tickets must be purchased in advance to direct proceeds to the school (and to qualify for special prize draws)

Volunteer Spotlight: John Preston and Nancy Ross

The Broadview School Council would like to thank John Preston and Nancy Ross for their long-term dedication to the school and its community. Nancy has tended the gardens at the front of the school for many years. She has worked hard to make the front area of the school both welcoming and beautiful. John is the Community Rep on School Council and has also been a dedicated volunteer for many years, even though his children no longer attend Broadview. This Fall alone, he has delivered fundraising flyers, helped to spread mulch and plant bulbs in the front garden, and lent his expertise and enthusiasm to the yard rejuvenation project.
